Thanks to funding from the Brixton Project via Lambeth Council we ran  a series of workshops at Saint Gabriels College in Brixton . We worked with children in yr 7, 8 and 9 on music related to the Windrush Generation and then played a set at the School Summer Concert , It was really good working with the young people and music lead Matthew Lever. The concert also featured a peformance by our main band with the aim of inspiring young people from St Gabriels to get more involved with Youthsayers out of school work.
