DESCRIPTION:Live music project for young people in South London\n\n\n\nHelp us keep offering free opportunities for young people\n\n\n\nWe have a great evening planned\, come and hear the great sounds from: \n\n\n\nOscar Jerome – an innovative\, highly regarded and critically acclaimed songwriter and guitarist who has been a dazzling light in the UK music scene over recent years . His latest album release ‘ The Spoon’ has grown his fan base around the globe \, delivering a socially conscious message with alongside great musicianship and deep grooves. Watch a video of Oscar \n\n\n\nOreglo are a four piece London based collective. Their musical journeys began from organisations Tomorrow’s Warriors \, Kinetika Bloco and Youthsayers where the group met. Formed through a shared interest in the fusion of genres such as jazz\, rock and reggae\, their influences are diverse and reflect the backgrounds of each member. Watch a video of Oreglo \n\n\n\nYouthsayers – youth big band – a free of charge education project based in South London \, run by Soothsayers band \, using afrobeat \, reggae \, dub and jazz as a platform for learning and self development. \n\n\n\nCanopy are an exciting dub fuelled band stemming from Brixton. The group formed earlier this year\, after representing Youthsayers at a workshop in a local school.
